ACCEPT Your Body the way it is! LEARN to Love your Body!
It simple to say that we don't always feel comfortable in our own skin. But the saying goes, love the skin your in. How can you not love the body that you were bless with. But sometimes we don't, cause we always hear about the diets that we should be on, well first of all, how does anybody know what diets should be on and what foods we should eat, how does anybody know. Well personally, I am getting sick of people out there, calling everyone fat, like we should all be these tiny tots of women, well to the state the facts, I am a 5'8 women, who weights about 110. I have to say, is that when I hear people called me fat, I want to puke, or better yet punch them in the face, because no one has the right to called anyone any names. We all have the right to look like what we want and not listen to anybody.
We were bless with the bodies that god gave us. Why should be not be happy with it. I love the body that I have, cause I was bless with it. I will never change it for the world or just because someone told me. I think it time that all of us open up our mouths and start telling people like it is, cause with out it we are voiceless and when we shouldn't be. We have a mouth, we need to start using it. We should be able to tell the commericals that bite our big toe, cause pills do not work. We can lose the weight without anything, we just need the motivation to do so. So I decided to do what I know how. When it comes to being comfortable in my own skin, I learn to love it, I learn to accept it. Now I am telling everyone to love the body god gave you, you will not get another one. Three rules to follow, Learn to love it, Learn to accept it, and learn to value it.
If anyone wants to lose weight, take it slow, take it the slowest ability that you can do. When it comes to going fast, there will be something that you will dislike. So take it SLOW!!!! TAKE IT SLOW!!!!! I know I will. Most people don't like to accept their bodies and I think it times to do so, you are only bless with having one. So when it comes being comfortable in your own skin, learn to the love your body the way it is. When it came to loving my body, I learn to accept it, it always the easiest to do is to learn to accept. One must learn to accept them as themselves and not change because of something they see or because someone told them to.
