Style Guide: How to style certain pieces!
Welcome to a new year and welcome to a whole new Style Questions & Answers. I decided to do a new one of these since it a new year. So I decided to these a little different and make these questions to something that you guys would ask, and I am hoping you guys can use this as a reference to when you need to know something about styling, where if you can't get a hold of me or another stylist, then you can simply go for the reference guide. This is new to me, I have never done anything like this before. I have decided that I will make these guide part of the blog and I hope you guys will come back each time and check it out. So let's take a peek on what I have for you.
1) What would knee high boots look best with?
I think knee high boots look best in dresses, especially the kind that are slim fit, but made with cotton. I also think they look good in office shorts type. Knee boots should look good in everything, but sometimes it might be hard to paired with certain clothing, because it how you could style them. I like to style mine with, legging, office shorts type, skirts and also slim dresses. I think knee high boots should be in every girl closet
2) What are the best options for scarves in the winter?
I would go after the fleece scarves, because they are nice and warm for you and it would make perfect sense to make sure these type of scarves are in your closet for winter. The other types of scarves that should be in your closet are knitted, make sure they are the thick kind because they come in many types, especially for winter.
3) How to paired knee high boots with skirts?
I never had any problems putting skirts and knee high boots together. I do think that they look good with slim skirts, that are above the knee, known as mini skirts, which I love, mini skirts to me look good better if they are above the belly button, because it makes it where you have a long torso, and that makes you look taller.
4) How to paired Velvet and Cotton together?
Yes and no, the reason why is because you need to style them correctly, which means, that don't go overboard with the cotton with the velvet and vice versa, always make it less and not more. When it comes to styling with these too, you can make it where you are wearing a velvet suit, but a cotton cropped top, or vice versa it should be simple.
5) Is it wrong to wear black all the time or no?
No, it not, I wear black all the time. So no it is not wrong to wear black all the time. If you would like to wear black all the time, make sure you can handle the criticism that comes along with it. I am use to people on being haters, because black is a sexy color and I love that. So if you like pieces of black, wear them.
