Recipe Box: Simple Easy Hashbrowns

When it comes to cooking these, they are amazing. There is one thing that I know for sure, they don't have to be perfect, because these are yours, not anyone else. When I made mine, I was thrilled because I know that they were mine and I didn't have to prove to anyone that they were made or if they had to be perfect. When I decided to make these, I was skeptical, because I wasn't sure if I wanted to. But after a losing battle with my sister, I decided to make them. They were not hard to make at all, They were pretty easy. There is no doubt about making these again.
What you need, is potatoes, a cheese grater, and a bowl. In order for you to make these, please peel the potatoes and gently place them in a bowl or on a paper towel. After you get done peeling the potatoes, you can start grating them (Hint: in order for you to make these you need the big cheese grater that can make the medium to big strips). After you get down grating them, you would want to stick them in the bowl with water, to wash them and then drain and simply place them in a paper towel to semi-dry them.
Then you would want to preheat your stove with some oil, It doesn't matter what oil you use, as long as it works, but when it comes to me, I like to use Vegetable oil at least 1/4 cup in a skillet frying pan. Preheat it and then take the potatoes and simply try to roll them in a ball or flat them like a hamburger if you have to as a safety hazard, please place the potatoes on a spatula and place them in the pan of oil and let it set for a while and them flat them, so they can cook. Let them cook for about 5 minutes on each side so they can get golden brown.
As a disclaimer, if you have to peel about 10 potatoes because you didn't know how much to cut in order to make the Hash Browns, well it should not matter because it all depends on how big you make your hashbrowns, some people like them small and some like them big, so it totally up to you. If you need help making them, simply send me a comment and I will give you a step-by-step guide on how to help, I am here 24/7.

Does anyone like Hash browns? I know I do. If you have made them, or simply thinking about making them. Please comment below to give me you're how-to and your questions about making them. I would love to hear them and see them and simply post them on the blog.
