Workout Wednesdays: Gym bag Essentials!

When it comes to your gym bag, what essentials do you bring? When I decided to start doing fitness, I decided to only what I need and maybe some other little trinkets that I might use. Having a gym bag is something essential on its own. I am not the type of person that would carry a gym bag because I have to watch it. When did you all start to carry a fitness bag? When did you know it was time to carry one? I know we all carry some of the same trinkets in ours, I only going to be talking about the essentials is what you need, and if you are a man some of the essentials are for you, and the women majority of it for you. 

Now, I am going to talk about my Gym bag. For my gym bag, I keep a purse-like tote bag, which is big enough to hold a lot of items in it. The brand of my handbag is a Marc Jacobs replica handbag, which I totally love. I keep from an empty water bottle to a towel. The type of items that I keep in my bag is your usual fitness bag. I have acne-prone skin so I like to keep acne medicine in my bag, so when I get done working out, I can quickly wash off my face, without having a new break out. Who doesn't like Acne? I know I don't. So I quickly wash my face off. I would even keep a moisturizer in my bag to keep my skin feeling fresh. When working out, your skin goes through a lot, well for one thing it sweat. Let’s take a peek at what I have. 

Water Bottle - I like to use the useable ones that way I can fill it up when I need to. Also if I have a pretty water bottle, I always tend to drink my water. 

Towel - So I can wipe off the sweat when I get done working out. 

Wipes - if I am in a rush, can’t take a shower, and I used wipes. 

Moisturizer - To keep my skin refreshing and glow when I am done.

Acne whips - To take care of any unwanted Acne that is going to show its ugly face when I am done.

Body Spray - To help me stay clean when I can't go home to take a shower.

Hair Brush - To help with my hair.

Emergency bags - Of little odds and ends if I need them.

Sunblock - To help keep my skin protected when I go out in the sun.

Nail file/nail polish - To help with my nails if I decide to break one during a workout.

Earphones - To listen to music when I want to.
