Ask Alexis: What is The Perfect Tanning Lotion?

When it comes to tanning lotions, I ultimately think girls should do their homework when comes to certain tanning lotions, because it should be up to them. When I get asked what should I do if I want to go dark, I am going, to be honest, you should only go dark to what your skin is allowed, like maybe 2 shades darker. Anything more should be a violation in the tanning world. I am not the one who should be telling you what is the perfect tanning lotion, all I can say, you should be experiencing certain ones that you can afford. When I got this question, I didn’t know how to present it. So let’s get into the question.

I don’t think there is a term for the perfect tanning lotion. Tanning Lotion comes in 2 shades that I found, Medium and dark. Sometimes you need to watch out for how dark you want to go. Like with me for instant, I will only go 1 or 2 shades darker than what my actual color is. The question that I have for you is,  how dark are you trying to go? Do you want to go permanent with the tan or what? What is your favorite brand? For me, it is Neutrogena. There are wrong ways to do tanning lotions, sometimes you can overkill it by putting way too much on. All I can say is, figure out what brands you like and also what your budget, is because when you put on tanning lotion, you want to also buy moisturizer so the tanning lotion can stay on, it is what I do. So I hope this helps.
