Music Monday: Eminem New Album, The Death of Slim Shady!

Michigan native Detroit made artist Eminem also known as Marshall Mathers, came on the music scene 25 years ago. Since he brought out 11th studio albums, also an album that he did with Royce Da 5’9 called Bad meets Evil. He gave hints that he was making new music. Then on July 12, 2024, he drop his 12th studio album, The Death of Slim Shady (coup de grace). He even brought out the first single, Houdini, It rocket all the way to number 2 on some charts and made the way that He is still here and that He never left.
When I first heard that he was going to be bringing out new music, I was a little skeptical, because I knew that this album was not going to be like his others. Don't get me wrong, I Love all of Eminem's songs, I was just a little afraid. Now that he released his album I can finally give it all my attention. But one thing that nobody does not know is that I already have a favorite song on the album, Does anyone want to make a guess, nobody doesn't need to stand all at once. Antichrist, it says it all, all in one song. I remember when I was dating a couple of people, they used to call me the Antichrist. But anyways I also like Houdini, Somebody save me and others. I think this album says it all but I'm still waiting for a sequel to Not Afraid, that song needs a part 2.
But when Eminem brings out an album, it is never a dull moment, he speaks about comedy, love, the truth, and he speaks about himself and what happened to him. I think that is why he will always be iconic and always be someone that people can look up to. He is not afraid to speak about what is going on. Like I said I say it again, the number one rapper in my book is back and he did not disappoint.
