Alexis Marie: Why I am a Pollotarian!

Since I remember I have always eaten all kinds of meats, but as I became an adult, I have always liked chicken the best and plus it does not make me feel sick to my stomach. When I eat chicken, I do not feel full, I feel very energetic. Being a pollotarian is very new to me and it is very fresh to me. So as a beginner of being a pollotarian, I am learning a lot. When only eating chicken, I don't feel the pain in my stomach like I did. I always thought I had Gastroenteritis because of the symptoms that came with it. I have never handled the pain like I should, I just ignored it when it was happening. Everyone might think that is not really a reason, then why don't you tell me the reason why I only eat chicken and why I get pain when I eat red meat.
According to the Internet search, being a pollotarian is on the verge of being a vegetarian, which to me is fine. It also means plant based diet, which I'm okay with that as well. I always ate my vegetables, my mom never had to force them on me, I always ate them. But in other words, don't think you have to change because of someone else's eating habits, change for yourself. I changed my eating habits of only eating chicken because I got sick of feeling sick all the time.
How do I like myself now, I like myself more when I am eating chicken, I feel more comfortable, energetic, calm and most of all I have better skin. Most of the time, I will switch back and forth to eating salads. It something that I always done. It something that works for me.
